By downloading, installing, or using Ultimate Clarity ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Ultimate Clarity is a macOS application that helps you organize and manage photos, detect and tag faces, find and remove duplicate files, secure sensitive content in an encrypted vault, clean metadata from files, and export photo collections. All processing happens locally on your device.
You agree NOT to:
⚠️ BACK UP YOUR DATA — We strongly recommend Time Machine or similar backup before using file organization or cleanup features. Deleted files may not be recoverable.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that data loss will not occur. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultimate Clarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, arising from your use of the App.
We may update the App from time to time. Updates for the major version purchased are included. Major version upgrades may require a new purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
